Award winning global professional services company based in Central London are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Programme Delivery and can enjoy a salary of up to £55K, great benefits and an excellent work life balance that includes some home working and a 35 hour working week. This role will support the successful implementation of both IT and business change projects, gathering business requirements, analysing and understanding business processes through collaboration with stakeholders and internal clients. You will be expected to embrace Bi-modal change delivery and adopt the right methodology e.g. Agile, Waterfall or Prince 2. This is an exciting role working at the cutting edge of business change implementation within a household name organisation

The main roles and responsibilities for this exciting London based Senior Business Analyst opportunity are highlighted below 

 

  • “as-is” and “to-be” process re-engineering and mapping
  • Requirement gathering
  • Mentoring / managing two Junior BA's
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Identify and promote efficiencies in existing process
  • Ensure the Business and IT relationship is maintained throughout the project delivery lifecycle
  • Educate the wider Business in regard to the importance of requirements gathering and analysis
  • Ensure IT strategy is exploited to the benefit of the business

 

The main skills and experience needed for this London based Business Analyst opportunity are highlighted below 

 

  • At least 4 years Business Analysis experience
  • Some expereince in managing or mentoring Junior / Mid Level BA's
  • Strong requirements gathering
  • Strong process documentation (As-Is & To-Be)
  • Experience of estimating principles and process
  • Experience of Benefits Management and Business Acceptance
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to think and act from a strategic, practical and commercial perspective
  • 1st class stakeholder management and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication skills
