My client are a small firm within the professional services who have grown rapidly in the last 12 months, due to this growth they are looking to make a number of hires including an IT Technician  working across 1st – 2nd  line support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end user support on a first and second line basis for all staff via telephone / email and site visits.
  • Offer support for Project deliveries.
  • Provide basic IT awareness workshops for all employers including: Telephony, PC, Printer, Scanner.
  • Contribute towards the development of the firms IT services.

  • Tikit Partner for Windows
  • BigHand
  • LaserForms
  • Windows Server
  • Terminal Server

Beneficial:

  • Office 365 / Azure experience
  • ITIL qualification

  • Any third line or infrastructure experience
