Lead Programme Management Officer /£50,000 - £65,000 / London

Commutable From: Slough, Croydon, Reading, Dartford, Guildford, Twickenham

This Lead PMO position is an excellent opportunity for you to join an internationally recognised company which a structured project pipeline.

You would get to work on various projects they have lined out across the business, with the possibility of getting involved in many of them.

You would collaborate with fellow colleagues, stakeholders and businesses to ensure solutions of the highest quality.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Ensure programmes meet company objectives
  • Plan key milestones with risk avoidance and minimisation in mind
  • Manage numerous projects, people and stakeholders
  • Plan and run workshops
  • Create high quality board packs
  • Establish robust control of programmes

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  • A strong track record as a Lead PMO
  • Experience of business case construction and reviews
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience of large scale program installations
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of milestones and risk aversion
  • Ability to build relationships built on trust
