Contact Centre Project Manager / Bristol / £30k-£40k
My client, a rapidly growing Contact Centre software provider are looking for a Project Manager to join their small but growing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to a Contact Centre environment, along with business / project delivery expertise.
Our client have also just won a large global account and will therefor need the Project Manager to have flexibility to travel internationally.
Required skills / experience:
- Relevant business knowledge of Contact or Call Centres and how they operate
- Previous project delivery experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Project planning experience
- Project reporting
- Ability to communicate and manage stakeholders on all levels
- Enthusiastic and driven individual
- PRINCE2 qualification
- Exposure to IT projects
